How to Install Offline Net Framework 3.5 on Windows 10?
If you are using Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 operating system, you may encounter the following problem if you want to run a 3rd party software required Microsoft Net Framework 3.5.
In the image above you can see that you need to install Microsoft Net Framework 3.5 for a program you are trying to install. There are two options here.
The first option is the Install This Feature button. If you want to install Net Framework 3.5 by connecting to the Internet, you can continue with this option. However, the Windows Update service must be running. You can check whether the Windows Update Service is active by typing services.msc in the Run window and then checking out the Windows Update option in the Services window that opens.
The second option is to cancel the Net Framework installation by clicking Skip This Installation.
If the Windows operating system running on your computer is original, we recommend you continue with the first option. If you have closed the Windows Update service on your operating system, you will need to install Net Framework without the Internet.
In addition, even if you use an original Windows operating system, you can install the Net Framework as offline to not to finish your Internet quota.
How to Install Net Framework 3.5 on Windows Operating Systems without Internet?
On the Windows 10 operating system, we can now go through the steps of installing Net Framework 3.5 without Internet. If you get the Net Framework 3.5 error on Windows 7/8/8.1/10 operating systems, you need your operating system’s DVD media or ISO file to get rid of this problem.
You can also get errors while trying to install Net Framework over the Internet. If Net Framework 3.5 is not installed, follow the steps below for installation without internet.
Insert the Windows 7/8/8.1 or 10 operating system installation media into your computer. If you do not have a Windows installation media, you can also use the ISO file.
Click the Right Button / Mount option on the ISO file to mount the Windows 8.1 or 10 ISO file on your system.
Click on My Computer and check the drive letter of the mounted ISO file.
To run the CMD command prompt as an administrator, click on the Right button / Command prompt (Administrator) on the Start menu.
After opening the CMD command prompt, type the following command for offline Net Framework 3.5 installation and press Enter. The point to note here is the drive letter in [ / Source:F:\sources\sxs ].
Dism /online /enable-feature /featurename:NetFx3 /All /Source:F:\sources\sxs /LimitAccess
After you have checked the drive letter, start the installation of the Net Framework.
Net Framework installation without Internet on Windows 8.1/10 operating system has been successfully completed!
To verify the installation of the Net Framework, click on Right Button / Programs and Features on the Start menu.
In the window that opens, click Turn Windows features on or off.
You can verify from the image below that .NET Framework 3.5 (which includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) is installed on your computer.

If you want to install the Net Framework without writing code, download the Install Net Framework cmd file to your computer by clicking the button below. Before running the CMD file, insert the drive letter assigned to your Windows installation media in the code and save the file.
Run the CMD file as an administrator and complete the installation of the Net Framework.
