You can use virtualization programs to run and use the MacOS operating system on a desktop or laptop computer without an Apple Mac computer. You can install macOS High Sierra on a Windows 10 using one of the VMware Workstation or VirtualBox virtualization programs.
VMware requires the VMware Unlocker program for MacOS installation. To set up MacOS with VirtualBox, you also need to configure a few settings in the same way.

With the virtualization program, you can use ISO files to run MacOS on PC or Laptop. You can download the ISO setup image files for macOS to your computer from the following links.

How to Install macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 on Windows 10 using VirtualBox?
Before proceeding with the installation of macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 with VirtualBox, install VirtualBox on Windows.
Once you have installed VirtualBox, follow the steps below to install macOS High Sierra 10.13.5 step by step.

Once you have created the macOS High Sierra virtual machine, add the ISO file you downloaded to the virtual machine. Click the Start button to launch the macOS High Sierra virtual machine.
Wait while macOS High Sierra is booting.
For MacOS High Sierra, select your system language and click the Continue button.
To configure the hard disk of the macOS High Sierra virtual machine, select Disk Utility and click the Continue button.
On the Disk Utility, select VBOX HARDDISK Media and then click the Erase button.
Type in the name of the hard disk and click the Erase button again.
After the hard disk is formatted, click the Done button. Then, close the Disk Utility.
To start the MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5 installation on VirtualBox, select Install macOS and click the Continue button.
Click the Continue button on the macOS High Sierra installation window.
Accept the MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5 license agreement.
Select the disk to install MacOS and click the Continue button.
Wait while the installation is copying the files. After copying the files, the macOS virtual machine will restart.
If the macOS High Sierra virtual machine restarts and then the macOS Utilities window opens again, close the virtual machine completely.
Remove the macOS High Sierra ISO file on VirtualBox and click OK. Then, restart the virtual machine.
On the macOS High Sierra Shell screen, execute the following commands in order and proceed to the next step.
fs1: cd "macOS Install Data" cd "Locked Files" cd "Boot Files"
Add the ISO file to the macOS virtual machine again.
Now, to continue installing macOS High Sierra 10.13.5, type boot.efi on the Shell screen and press Enter.
Wait while it installs the MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5 on VirtualBox.
Select the region you live in the MacOS registration window and click the Continue button.
Select your macOS keyboard layout and continue.
In the Apple Data & Security window, click Continue. If you would like more information about using Apple’s personal data, you can click Learn More.
Select Don’t transfer any information now and click the Continue button.
If you want to sign in with an Apple ID, type your email account and sign in. If you want to log in later on Apple, click Set Up Later and then click Skip.
Click the Agree button to accept the MacOS software license agreement.
Create a new user account for macOS High Sierra and click Continue.
Click Continue directly to use Apple’s maps and other applications and participate in Apple’s customer experience program. If you want to configure these options, click Customize Settings.

After successfully completing the MacOS High Sierra 10.13.5 installation on a Windows PC/Laptop using VirtualBox, click on the Apple Logo and then click About to check the MacOS operating system version.
How to Configure Display Resolution of macOS High Sierra Virtual Machine on VirtualBox?
You can easily increase or decrease the screen resolution of the macOS High Sierra virtual machine running on VirtualBox. To get rid of the macOS screen resolution problem, first close the VirtualBox virtualization program and follow the steps below.
Open the CMD command prompt as administrator and execute the following commands on the CMD respectively.
cd "C:\Program Files\Oracle\Virtualbox" VBoxManage setextradata "Your Virtual Machine Name" VBoxInternal2/EfiGraphicsResolution 1920x1080
You can change the VirtualBox macOS High Sierra virtual machine screen resolution with the following values.
1280×720 (HD) 1920×1080 (FHD) 2560×1440 (QHD) 2048×1080 (2K) 3840×2160 (4K) 5120×2880 (5K)
After changing the screen resolution of the macOS virtual machine on VirtualBox, run the virtual machine. You can check the resolution value from the Displays section.
