Microsoft’s Honolulu project/application provides web-based management of servers on the network. It provides instant information about server resource usage and also allows you to manage all administrative tools via a browser.

Before installing Microsoft Project Honolulu on Windows Server 2019, install Windows Server 2019 by looking at the following article.
Then you need to download the Project Honolulu application to your computer. To download Project Honolulu, visit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windowsinsiderpreviewserver.
How to Install Project Honolulu in Windows Server 2019?
After installing the Windows Server 2019 Technical Preview and downloading the Project Honolulu application, follow the steps below to install the Project Honolulu step by step.
Double-click on the file named Project Honolulu.msi to launch the installation. Accept the license agreement in the Project Honolulu installation window and click on the Next button.
For Microsoft’s other products, including Windows and Honolulu, select the Use Microsoft Update option and click Next.
Select the Allow Project “Honolulu” to modify this machine’s trusted hosts settings and the Create a desktop shortcut to launch Project “Honolulu” options and then click Next.
For testing purposes, you can leave the Project Honolulu port number at the default value (443). You can change the Honolulu port number later.
You can start to install Project Honolulu by clicking the Install button.
Wait while Project Honolulu is installing on Windows Server 2019…
After finishing Project Honolulu in a short time, click on the Finish button to close the window.

If you only have Internet Explorer on Windows Server 2019, you will see that this browser is not supported. Therefore, we recommend using Google Chrome.
Skip the Project Honolulu login certificate error, and type your administrative username and password in the authentication window, and then click the Log in button.
After connecting Project Honolulu, click on a server in All Connections to connect to any server.
You will need to authenticate when connecting to the Windows Server 2019 server using Project Honolulu. Enter the management user information and click on the Log in button to continue.
When the Specify your credentials window opens, type your same username information again and click the Continue button.
Finally, once you confirm your identity again, you will connect to Project Honolulu.
