Click the Win + R buttons together. Click on the OK button by typing the [ services.msc ] command to the run window.
There is no service of IIS www in the services window. To install the IIS Service, click on the programs and features by pressing the right mouse button on the start menu.
Click on the [ turn Windows specifications on or off ] option as it’s seen in the figure below, in the programs and features window.
Select Internet Information Services check box, in the windows features window.
After selecting, you can start to installation by clicking the OK button.

To stop this service, you must disable on its feature window.

Now, enter to the first site by typing WampServer in the Google Search Box. Make sure you are opening the website like in the figure below. Then go down a bit and enter the Download section.
Download the 64 bit version of WampServer to your computer.
After clicking the Download button a small window will open. From there, click on the direct download option.
The program is starting to be downloaded.
After the program is downloaded, run as an administrator.
Select the default English language in the Select Setup Language window and then go on by clicking the OK button.
Select I accept the agreement option in the Licence Agreement window. Then, Click the Next button.
The information on WampServer installation is being shown. Click the Next button.
In the Select Destination Location window, leave it as C:\wamp64 and click on the Next button.
In the Select Start Menu Folder window, click the Next button.

Click the www folder in the WampServer folder.
After deleting all files in the www folder, paste here all files you copied.

Press the Enter button by typing [ localhost ] to the URL section by opening the Internet Explorer Browser.

Type the database name you created in the phpMyAdmin.
