How to Install Windows 10 in Hyper-V Manager?
Create a new virtual machine with Hyper-V for the Windows 10 operating system setup using the Hyper-V virtualization program. If you do not know how to create a new virtual machine with Hyper-V, you can watch the related video from below link.
Once you have performed the Hyper-V installation, you can proceed to install Windows 10 on Hyper-V.
For step-by-step Windows 10 installation using Hyper-V, run Hyper-V Manager first and then click on New in the Actions section.
In the New Virtual Machine Wizard window, type Windows 10 for the operating system name and change the installation location of the virtual machine.
If your Windows 10 operating system ISO file supports UEFI, proceed to Generation 2. If you encounter any problems with your Windows 10 installation, continue by selecting the Generation 1 option.
Generation 1 supports the MBR / BIOS feature. Click the Next button to continue.
Set the virtual machine’s RAM amount to 4096 (4 GB).
As we did not install any adapters for Hyper-V, continue this step by clicking Next button.
For the Windows 10 virtual machine, set the Hard Disk size to 50 GB.
Click the Browse button to add the Windows 10 ISO file, and then click Next.
We have created a new virtual machine for the Hyper-V Windows 10 installation. As you can see in the image below, there is summary information for the virtual machine. Click on the Finish button to continue the installation.
On the Hyper-V Manager console screen, click Right Button / Connect on Windows 10.
After connecting to the Windows 10 virtual machine, click the Start button to start the installation.
Windows 10 installation started with Hyper-V Manager. The next steps involve steps that you know. Select the Windows 10 system language and click Next.
Click Install Now to start the installation.
Accept the Windows 10 license agreement and click on the Next button.
Prepare the hard disk device for the Windows 10 installation and continue the installation by selecting Partition 2.

Configure the region settings for Windows 10.
Select the keyboard layout and click the Yes button.
If you want to add a second keyboard layout, you can add it from the image below.
To configure the network connections for Windows later, click Skip for now.
Type in your username for the Windows 10 virtual machine.
Specify the user password and click on the Next button.
Provide a hint to remember the password you set for Windows and continue.
If you want to use the Cortana application for Windows, click on the Yes button. If you do not want to activate Cortana, click on the No button.
You can configure privacy settings as you like.
