With the GNS3 network simulator program, you can prepare for Cisco exams more thoroughly and professionally. After the 1.5.x versions of GNS3, the new features of GNS3 2.0 version are available.
With GNS3 2.0, users can now instantly configure and control their projects with the GNS3 Server feature. Many users will be able to work on the same project by connecting to the GNS3 server at the same time.

SAVE AS YOU GO
It enables network projects created on GNS3 to be saved automatically after closing the program.
SMART PACKET CAPTURE
With the Packet Capture feature, you can quickly connect to the Wireshark program to analyze TCP/IP traffic.
CAPTURE ON ANY LINK BETWEEN ANY NODE
GNS3 now allows you to analyze TCP/IP traffic between any device.
SELECT WHERE TO RUN A VPCS NODE
When you add in a VPCS (Virtual Computer) to the project, you can make the server selection. For example, GNS3 Local Server and GNS3 VM Server.
DELETE A PROJECT FROM THE GUI
The Delete Project feature, which is added to the GNS3 menu, allows you to delete projects immediately.
It allows you to configure additional settings for your existing work when you close the GNS3 program.
It allows you to add various devices to your network using GNS3 Cloud templates.
NEW CLOUD INTERFACE
With the new Cloud interface you can now configure network adapters in more detail.

It is a periodic control feature to prevent network devices from overlapping the running-config files.

The % i value will be replaced by the project UUID and the % c value will be replaced with the link value.
EXPORT A PORTABLE PROJECT FROM MULTIPLE REMOTE SERVERS
If there is a GNS3 project running on a server, it is possible to import your project into the GNS3 VM.

The old Save Asfeature has been replaced with the project copy feature.

With Snapshots feature, snapshots can now be taken on remote servers.
BETTER START / STOP / SUSPEND ALL NODES
All nodes provide faster operation thanks to the Start / Stop / Suspend feature.
For configuration of Dynamips, VPCS and IOUnodes, configuration file editing via GNS3 has been introduced.
The NAT node can be used to connect the GNS3 nodes to the Internet without requiring any settings. This feature requires the GNS3 VM or Linux using Libvirt Nat Interface.
SUPPORT FOR COLORBLIND USERS
The Stop Symbol is now a red color to better understand working devices. This feature is very useful for color-blind users.
SUPPORT FOR NON LOCAL SERVER
In previous versions, Local Server could not be disabled. Now you can store your settings on the Remote Server as Local Server can be disabled.
