In Dynamic NAT in networking, the private IP addresses on the local network are matched by a group of IP addresses. Matching is provided between global IP addresses and private IP addresses. The Ip addresses entered into the NAT process are matched with any Ip address from a group of Ip addresses assigned by the ISP.

According to the above picture, when Dynamic NAT IP address connects the Internet, it will place the ISP IP address in the Source part of the Ip packet. For example, NAT mapping will be provided with an IP address that is idle between and IP addresses.

On Dynamic NAT output, Ip address is translated to Ip address.

For Dynamic NAT it is absolutely necessary to create a pool. The difference from Static NAT is that an Ip pool is created for one-to-one matching. The Ip packages returning from the Internet are also sent to the local network by performing NAT in the same way.

A packet going from Ip address to Ip address will write the Ip address at the target Ip address. Then NAT processing on the Cisco Router will be applied and the IP packet destination address will be translated to Ip address.
